My stay at The Quay was fantastic! The rooms were amazing, clean, and warm, though a bit more hanging space would have been nice. The service was top-notch, with the staff always cheerful and helpful. The location is fabulous, right on the waterfront with lovely views over to Instow, making it easy to access everything in the area. The dining experience had its ups and downs, but overall enjoyable. The facilities were great, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.

I had the best time at this hotel! The rooms were so comfortable and delightful, with modernized bathrooms and cozy cotton bed linen. The service was outstanding despite being very busy; the staff really made me feel welcome and looked after. The location was perfect, right on the estuary frontage, with lovely walks and a picturesque view of Appledore. The dining experience was super satisfying, with a large selection of high-quality meals. Overall, a fantastic stay with just a few minor room size issues.
